Tickets for Supratours bus tours can normally be bought online via the ONCF ticket site, in person at a Supratours ticket office, or 30 to 90 days in advance. To ensure you have a seat without any hassle or worry, Marrakech Tickets may book your tickets and deliver them to your Marrakech lodging. Alternatively, you can purchase tickets online and send them to you via email to show on your phone or print them off. The Morocco Supratours bus service replaces the train when the rail rails terminate. Thus, after arriving in Marrakech by train, you would transfer to the Supratours bus, which is an extension of the ONCF (Morocco Rail) service, if you wanted to travel, for instance, from Fes to Essaouira or from Casablanca to Zagora. Both the Supratours and ONCF websites have the complete Supratours schedule available in English, French, and Arabic. Supratours bus tickets from Marrakech to Essaouira and Marrakech to Agadir sell out rapidly, therefore it's imperative to purchase them at least one day in advance during the summer. Bus tickets for supratours are "Flex" tickets, which entail: tickets are 100% refundable up until the night before the date of travel; tickets are 80% refundable on the day of travel prior to the departure time indicated on the ticket. The date of travel can be changed an infinite number of times prior to the date printed on the ticket. *Note: Paper tickets can be altered in person at a Supratours ticket office. The cost of a ticket from Supratours is fixed and does not vary based on how close the trip date is. Electronic tickets cannot be updated online; instead, a paper copy of the ticket must be brought to a Supratours ticket office together with the requested modification. Electronic round-trip tickets are not available. Round-trip electronic tickets cannot be refunded once the first part of the journey has been used.
