Morocco train and Morocco bus tickets can now be purchased online, although sometimes the purchase may not go through if you try to pay with your international bank card. The tickets will be sent to you via email from ONCF, or CTM. The tickets can be shown on your smartphone or printed. ONCF encourages all passengers to buy electronic tickets to comply with the new travel rules after the COVID-19 pandemic. The online ticketing process can be a bit confusing, as it is all in French, but if you have any questions, Marrakech tickets will take care of it for you.

Paper tickets can also be purchased in person at the ticket counters. The paper tickets are much easier to change or exchange if your plans change, as you can do this at the ticket counter and get a new paper ticket. Refunds must be applied online and may take several months. The tickets are usually available for purchase 30 to 90 days before your date of travel.

CTM is a publicly-traded bus company on the Casablanca Stock Exchange with a long and fascinating history. Founded in 1919, it is the oldest public transport company in Morocco. CTM was established with the goal of connecting all major Moroccan towns and cities by using the colonial road system. In its early days, CTM repurposed World War I military vehicles to transport passengers, with some even traveling on the roofs. Today, CTM services over 100 destinations across Morocco, including popular routes like Fes to Chefchaouen, overlapping with some of Supratours' routes. CTM also reaches over 60 destinations in France and Spain. While no longer transporting passengers on rooftops, CTM retains its legacy as Morocco's pioneering bus company.

Supratours is the wholly-owned subsidiary of ONCF, the Moroccan train company. It is one of the pioneers in international travel in Morocco. It provides bus transportation to France, Spain, and Italy.
The Morocco network covers the entire Kingdom of Morocco and has more than 60 agencies. All the agencies are located in the town centres or near the train station, making it easy to connect arrival and departure transport. Most of the city agencies are owned by Supratours, but in smaller cities, they may be independent agencies of Supratours.
