Can I take a Bicycle on The Train?
Simply put, the answer is no.
The trains have no room for storage. Even with a valid ticket, you will not be allowed to board if you arrive at the station with a bicycle.
On a Supratours bus, however, you can bring a bicycle.
Is There a Space for Luggage on The Train?
Luggage can be stored on racks located above. If not, keep your bags in the train compartment with you. To guarantee a spot on the overhead racks, board the train as soon as you can.
How Do I Find My Seat On the First Class?
There are numbers on First Class rail tickets for the carriage, cabin, and seat. Usually, carriage number one or number two will be displayed. The train's first carriage isn't always number one! Seek assistance from a conductor or another First Class traveler, or attempt to locate the number on the exterior of the carriage.
What is The Difference between the First Class and the Second Class?
Several new trains have recently been introduced, significantly improving the standard of second-class travel. On newer trains, the first class may be a regular open, air-conditioned carriage with seats lined up on both sides of the aisle. The old train has six comfortable seats in an enclosed compartment with sliding doors leading from the compartment to the hallway. Vehicles are clean and tidy.
Air conditioning is not always on in second-class ships. On newer trains, a second class may be a regular open carriage with rows of seats on either side of the aisle. In older trains, the compartment is narrower, as his 8 seats are provided in a separate compartment compared to his 6 seats in first class. The majority of Moroccans travel in their second class. Typically, each train consists of six second-class cars and two first-class cars.
It's usually worth traveling in first class to enjoy the extra comfort.

What is the Difference between Non-Flex / Semi-Flex/ Full-Flex on Train Fare?
November 2018 saw the introduction of Morocco's TGV service between Tanger and Casablanca, and at the same time, ONCF modernized the ticketing and tariff systems for the whole Moroccan rail network.
There are still two classes of carriage: first and second class. However, on the majority of train trips, passengers who book tickets in advance will now have a choice of three fares to choose from:
Non-flex: no refunds and no modifications allowed
Semi Flex: Provides 50% reimbursement in case of cancellation before to date/time of travel and permits one adjustment to the date/time of travel.
Complete Flex: permits up to eighty percent of the original amount to be refunded if cancellations are made after the scheduled departure date and time, and allows for an unlimited number of adjustments.

Indeed! With a Moroccan bank card, tickets for rail travel within Morocco can be bought online as of March 2, 2015. If you would rather, Marrakech Tickets is still able to buy tickets and have them delivered to your Marrakech lodging.

Sure, you can!
The storage space underneath a Supratours coach is large and there is no problem with transporting large items with you. You must register all luggage before boarding, for larger items there will be an additional charge.

- Walkthrough the old Medina of Marrakesh from Bab Doukala. And visit the traditional local markets (we call them Souika in Arabic).
- Go through the Allal El Fassi Avenue. It seems like a non-touristy road, but there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. You can use Google Maps to find them. It is also a good experience at a local price.
